Dear Parents, Patients, Families and Friends,
It has been my honor and pleasure to serve the Hammonton Pediatrics Community as a primary care pediatrician for the past 30 years.
Wise people say that all good things must come to an end, and with mixed feelings, I wish to announce my retirement from practice as of April 30th, 2025. This decision is bittersweet, in that I have thoroughly enjoyed and will miss my encounters with parents, children, family and friends at the office. However, as one chapter ends, another begins, and I look forward to moving into another phase of my life. While I am excited to be spending more time with my immediate family, I shall miss my extended Hammonton Pediatric families all the same.
I have been with the practice for almost thirty years, and I have seen the practice grow in size and the scope of care that we provide. I pride myself in the practice’s ability and my own ability to maintain a sense of personal and individual care even as we have grown. It has been my pleasure and honor to care for you and your children over the years, and to get to know so many of you personally.
I am honored by your trust in caring for your children. That caring has taught me so much about life, people, and myself, and I shall cherish those experiences forever. Hopefully I have helped people along the way and have contributed in some small part to their welfare and growth.
I am comforted by the fact that I know that I leave you in the superb care and expertise of my colleagues at Hammonton Pediatrics.
Wishing all of you the blessings of health, fulfillment, well-being and happiness, I remain.
With fond regards,
Howard Waxman MD
